Role Description

Selected enumerators will go to the field and conduct surveys with selected respondents. This role is focused on data collection only.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face surveys in assigned locations
• Ask questions clearly and record responses accurately
• Follow the questionnaire and field instructions strictly
• Engage respondents professionally and respectfully
• Submit completed surveys on time
• Report any field issues to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

• Must be based in Accra, Kumasi, and Western Region
• Must be able to read and write well
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available for fieldwork during the project period
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Previous survey or data collection experience is an advantage
• Ability to use a smartphone or digital data collection tool is a plus
