Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

Duties Include but Are Not Exclusive to:

• Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing the Shortcuts Booking System: stylist columns and staff communications.
• Open and close the salons whilst accurately completing all start/end of day activities.
• Providing customers with exceptional customer service and assisting with any questions/queries.
• Retail product sales and advise on any client wishes.
• Being pro-active and flexible member of the team with a can-do attitude towards both clients and staff.
• ⁠Assisting with payments.
• All administerial and computer skills are highly advantageous

Requirements

• The perfect candidate will be a confident communicator, a multi-tasker able to cope well under pressure and help run a busy salon. As well as this, you should be able to take control, delegate and provide.
• Support and leadership within our salons. Also retaining a friendly, kind and a positive attitude.
• You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this field; experience in Shortcuts or similar booking system is preferred.
• Must look presentable and speak good English
