Key Purpose Statement

To lead the strategy formulations and execution thereof as well as implementation and operationalising of the business plan. The role will have oversight of the execution through synchronised and effective production, technical services, warehousing, fleet, customer collaboration and distribution.

• The role will act as the link with country MD’s in terms of identifying support requirements and allocation of Group Office resources.
• The role works closely in collaboration with other function leads e.g. Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
• Support to country Logistics and Manufacturing teams with rolling out of best practice and capability building.
• Work with the Logistics & Manufacturing Excellence teams and large country CoE’s in all key areas of Supply Chain to identify and standardise Supply Chain Way ways of working for replication across the country.
• Review country performance in all key areas of Supply Chain in order to identify improvement areas and agree Group Excellence teams support and capability development needs.
• Interface with KO Business Units to ensure alignment.
• Benchmark and network with leading KO bottlers to identify and share global best practice.
• External Interfaces - OEM’s, Training Service Providers, Professional Bodies, Government agencies for provision of utilities, labour department, etc.
