Commercial Officer

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Commercial Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving all commercial activities of ASASE Foundation CASH IT! Recycling Plant in Juaben – Kumasi by developing strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring profitability while promoting sustainable commercial practices.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Relations: Acting as the commercial interface with customers and suppliers through effective commercial relationships.
• Business Development: Identifying opportunities for growth, new markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Data Analysis: Using data to analyse commercial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Reporting: Preparing clear and concise reports, often for weekly commercial activities such as purchases and sales transactions.
• Material Sourcing: Identifying a potential supplier's network to generate plastic waste material to feed the operations of the CASH IT! Recycling Plant in Juaben-Kumasi.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing or any related field

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Must be a resident of Kumasi, Ejisu, Juaben and its environs.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience as a marketer or any related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles in customer and supplier relations.
• Effective communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong work ethics and reliability
