Job Summary
The Cashier is the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments, managing the register, and ensuring excellent customer service during the ordering and payment process.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they approach the register or front counter.
- Accurately process all food and beverage orders and payments using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, making correct change as required.
- Maintain the register and ensure the till is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items, prices, and specials.
- Keep the counter and surrounding guest areas clean and organized.
- Assist with packaging takeout/delivery orders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
- Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
