Career Services & Corporate Engagements Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Career Services & Corporate Engagements Officer, based in Shai Hills-Accra, Ghana. The officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, organizing career fairs and workshops, providing career counseling and guidance to students, and creating opportunities for internships and job placements. The role also includes training students in resume writing and interview skills, as well as coordinating with faculty and staff to enhance career services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Communication skills, including the ability to counsel students and engage with corporate partners
• Training skills, particularly in resume writing, interview techniques, and career development
• Sales skills to effectively promote career services and establish corporate relationships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in higher education or career services is beneficial
