Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the potential for growth.
  •  Analyze  market  trends,  competitor  activities, and  customer needs  to  inform business strategies.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and partnerships.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. o   Regularly  communicate  with  clients  to  ensure  satisfaction  and  address  any concerns.

 Sales and Negotiation:

  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. o  Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate  with  the  management  team  to  develop  business development strategies and action plans.
  • Implement and execute business development initiatives to drive growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities.

 
Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, service development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and service based on client interactions.

 Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes for management review.
