Responsibilities:
Market Research and
Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the potential for growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Lead
Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and partnerships.
Client Relationship
Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. o Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. o Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop business development strategies and action plans.
- Implement and execute business development initiatives to drive growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, service development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve products and service based on client interactions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes for management review.
