Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track, measure, and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Commercial awareness, Goal-oriented and self-motivated,
