Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.
• Building opportunities with potential clients and driving revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
• Negotiating sales contracts.
• Preparing sales contract Market survey (competitor’s information collection & analyses)
• Travel in the market from Monday to Friday and have a meeting on Saturday every week.
• Develop new market from and new orders.
• Build up sales network and promotion outlets.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Be familiar with Steel Construction building materials industry or related industry.
• To maintain CRM
• To fall in relevant market report in time.
• Responsible for the growth of our sales.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
• Analyze market trends and client’s feedback.

Requirement:

• Good morality and professional dedication.
• Be a good communication and willing to travel.
• HND / BSc degree in Marketing or related field.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Sales & Marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• 3 – 5 years or more experience.
