Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our revenue generation efforts, drive private sector growth, and expand our footprint in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in sales, marketing, relationship management along with a deep appreciation of healthcare operations and technology. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting and selling Rx suite of products—including but not limited to hospital-related software solutions—and successfully closing deals that contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare delivery through technology.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- • Prospect and engage businesses, health facilities, health insurance companies and other related sectors to generate new business.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets by promoting Rx suite of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, IT directors, C-suite executives, and health insurance executives, etc.
- Present and demonstrate our diverse product portfolio, tailoring pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with directors and management to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
- Attend industry events, conferences, or networking sessions and represent the company professionally.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the healthcare and health insurance sectors.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding Rx products reach within the private healthcare and insurance markets.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction across all product offerings.
- Advocate for client feedback to inform product development and enhance alignment with healthcare and insurance industry needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years specifically in hospital sales & selling of software solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare IT systems, and the health insurance market.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
