Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for the EMEA region is responsible for the introduction and growth of market penetration of the Whole Brain® Thinking methodology. You will actively seek out new business opportunities and introduce the ongoing lifetime value of the Whole Brain® Thinking, the Herrmann Platform, and our related product suite.

Job Description/Requirements
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Develop a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products, and competitors
- Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers building energy and excitement around our product suite
- Implement a consultative, solution selling methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to execute campaigns to top buyers, and with Product & Engineering on the continued evolution of our product suite
- Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas
- Accurately manage and forecast your business using HubSpot CRM
- Ability to develop and close sales to enterprise size organizations, at a target ACV of €50k and above.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in direct consultative Sales (B2B) in SaaS/HR Tech
- Appreciation for clean and accurate prospect and customer data utilizing a CRM, HubSpot preferable
- Confirmed sales record of accomplishment in generating new business in a provided business vertical
- A positive, self-start and motivated individual with a collaborative attitude and a hunger to increase service efficiency and processes
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs Suite and web-based SaaS customer platforms
- Excellent oral and written skills combined with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executives and C-level
- You have prior experience working in a remote, global, distributed environment.
- Must be a fluent in English and German.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Finance or Economics
- Expert at solution selling within the SaaS environment
- Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a hunter, driven by growth
- Ability to develop and manage a high volume of opportunities
- Strong analytical, negotiation and creative problem-solving skills
- Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
