Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
- Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions for the company
- Conducting periodic research on market trends.
- Managing new opportunities for the company
- Identifying the relevant training to the company's customers and marketing the training identified.
- Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the company's brand.
- Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
- Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
- Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues
- Any other task as assigned by the line manager & management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Effective written, verbal, presentation, listening communication skills.
- Effective Analytical and problem solving & decision-making skills.
- Good computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be proactive and can work with very minimal supervision
- Must be a team-player & be flexible to a diversified working environment.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (from specified universities)
