Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
• Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions for the company
• Conducting periodic research on market trends.
• Managing new opportunities for the company
• Identifying the relevant training to the company's customers and marketing the training identified.
• Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the company's brand.
• Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
• Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations.
• Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
• Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues
• Any other task as assigned by the line manager & management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Effective written, verbal, presentation, listening communication skills.
• Effective Analytical and problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Good computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be proactive and can work with very minimal supervision
• Must be a team-player & be flexible to a diversified working environment.
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (from specified universities)
