BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER – B2B TECH & FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS

Location: North Industrial Area, Accra

Compensation: Base Salary and Commission (with high earning potential)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to market these solutions, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth.


ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing deals with financial institutions, and private sector businesses. You will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence by effectively engaging key decision-makers and driving sales of our digital platforms and advisory services.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Identify, research, and target potential clients across industries.

·        Business Pitching & Relationship Building: Engage top management and key decision-makers, develop strong relationships, and negotiate contracts.

·        Bureaucracy Navigation & Closing Deals: Overcome corporate and government procurement hurdles to ensure successful project acquisition.

·        Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare compelling sales presentations, pitch decks, and business proposals tailored to client needs.

·        Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Drive adoption of our technology solutions across multiple sectors, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·        Experience in B2B Sales & Corporate Engagement – At least 2 - 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing within technology, financial services, consulting, or real estate industries.

·        Strong Network in Banking & Financial Services – Prior relationships with bank executives, rural banks, microfinance institutions, and savings & loans is a huge plus.

·        Proven Track Record in Closing Deals – Demonstrated ability to win and execute high-value contracts with corporate and government clients.

·        Presentation & Negotiation Expertise – Ability to craft persuasive proposals and effectively present complex solutions to C-level executives.

·        Understanding of Government & Private Sector Procurement – Knowledge of how to navigate procurement procedures, especially in financial services and advisory consulting.

·        Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Ability to quickly grasp and sell web and mobile-based platforms with minimal technical support.

·        Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented – Comfortable working on a commission-based model, with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
