Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners (locally and internationally)
- Assist in outreach efforts including email campaigns, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM tools or prospect databases
- Support proposal writing, pitch deck development, and presentation materials
- Track and report key metrics such as conversion rates and client feedback
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the organisation in virtual meetings and industry events, as required
- Stay updated on trends in clinical research, public health, or healthcare innovation (training provided)
Requirements
- Entry-level role: 0–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, communications, or other client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in mission-driven work
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Relevant experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered
