Job Description/Requirements

We are a reputable security company seeking Branch Managers and Supervisors for our Kumasi and Takoradi Branches.

Kumasi Branch - Asafo

Takoradi Branch - Anaji


Branch Mangers

  • Oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and strategies at the branch level.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Duty Officers, Control Officers, Supervisors, and administrative staff within the branch.
  • Ensure effective deployment and management of guards at client sites under the branch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch financials, including billing, collections, and cost control in collaboration with the Accounts Officer.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff within the branch in consultation with HR.
  • Conduct regular inspections of client sites and provide feedback to management.
  • Prepare and submit branch performance, operations, and incident reports to Head Office.
  • Represent the company in branch-level meetings, negotiations, and official engagements.


Supervisors

  • Supervise and monitor the activities of security guards at assigned sites.
  • Ensure guards report to duty on time, in full uniform, and properly equipped.
  • Conduct routine patrols and inspections to confirm guards are alert and performing their duties.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between guards, clients, and management.
  • Train, guide, and mentor guards on proper conduct, procedures, and client expectations.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and discipline among guards.
  • Report incidents, challenges, or absenteeism promptly to the Duty Officer/Head of Operations.
  • Ensure accurate incident and occurrence reports are completed and submitted on time.
  • Address minor client concerns on-site and escalate major issues to management.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly supervisory reports to the Operations Department.


Branch Managers: Degree 


Supervisors: Senior High School, Diploma.
