Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in the daily management and oversight of business operations.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.
- Analyze operational performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements as required.
- Develop and manage relationships with government agencies, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee special projects, including agricultural research, technology integration, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agricultural best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- We’re especially interested in candidates who understand the realities of rural life, drought-affected regions, or poverty — through experience or deep empathy.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
Preferred Skills:
We’re especially interested in candidates who understand the realities of rural life, drought-affected regions, or poverty — through experience or deep empathy.
- Familiarity with sustainability and climate-smart agriculture initiatives.
- Experience in agricultural finance, logistics, or policy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
Location: Accra
Salary Range: Ghc 5000~15000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
