Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in the daily management and oversight of business operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze operational performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements as required.
  • Develop and manage relationships with government agencies, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee special projects, including agricultural research, technology integration, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to the CEO.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agricultural best practices.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • We’re especially interested in candidates who understand the realities of rural life, drought-affected regions, or poverty — through experience or deep empathy.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.


Preferred Skills:

We’re especially interested in candidates who understand the realities of rural life, drought-affected regions, or poverty — through experience or deep empathy.

  • Familiarity with sustainability and climate-smart agriculture initiatives.
  • Experience in agricultural finance, logistics, or policy is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.



Location: Accra
Salary Range: Ghc 5000~15000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
