Female Admin, Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Successful candidate would provide first-class service in order to push the sales of the company and would act as an intermediary between the company and clientele. Successful candidate would make necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales, while allowing people to make inquiries as necessary. Candidate would undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department, and would utilize skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job, and regularly meets with sales employees to make new plans regarding sales or how to improve the job. Candidate would be required to work on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM. Successful candidate would report to the Head, Sales & Marketing

Job Description/Requirements


  • Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Ensure office space is kept neat and tidy at all times
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise
  • Arrange appointments with clients and sales team
  • Update all contact information for clients
  • Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
  • Engage with the company’s publics via key social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly
  • Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Make product appeal to the target market
  • Set up booths at trade shows and demonstrate the quality or uses of a product
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  • Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
  • Take sales information and put it into an easily readable format
  • Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
  • Make sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
  • Meet with other departments to make sure that sales people are passing relevant information to them
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Exert attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; report the problems as necessary
  • Deal with any customer complaints and resolve issues as necessary
  • Do any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum requirements: 1 OR 2

  • A lady with relevant qualification in Marketing, and 3 years post National Service work experience in similar role or equivalent
  • A lady with first degree in Real Estate or Building Technology with interest in sales and marketing and with 3 years post National Service work experience, willing to learn Being familiar with building jargons is an advantage

Please Note: Candidate would be required to work on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM.
