Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress based in Accra. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining dining areas, and answering inquiries about menu items. The role requires coordination with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. The Waiter/Waitress will uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing professional and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effectively engage with team members and clients
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with the ability to handle and serve food efficiently and safely
• Basic Cooking knowledge to assist in meal preparation and accurately describe menu items
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor to represent the luxury and cultural standards of Château NaNa Willine
• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a cohesive team
