Overview:
A progressive organization in Laterbiokoshie is looking for a proactive and experienced Training Coordinator to lead and support employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and a Master’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to develop effective learning paths.
• Organize both in-house and external training sessions, including onboarding programs.
• Work closely with facilitators and vendors to ensure quality delivery.
• Monitor and measure training outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Keep accurate records of training activities and produce periodic reports.
• Support broader HR initiatives linked to talent development and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in training coordination or learning & development.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
