Job Purpose

TechnipFMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our "Transformation Team" at our Noida office, with a background in "F&A and/or P2P". This role involves driving and supporting organizational transformation projects, process improvements, and system optimizations to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance or procurement, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for change management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects within F&A and P2P operations. Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Support the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and methodologies that improve our processes across domain. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to leadership. Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes by stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights and decision support through cost benefit analysis. Act as a liaison between the transformation team and finance/procurement departments to ensure that strategic initiatives align with operational needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP) preferred. 10-15 years of experience in F&A and P2P, with a proven track record in process improvement or transformation initiatives. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, think strategically, and execute methodically. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PowerBi, Hyperion or similar is a plus.
