Job summary
De Yesplus Microcredit Enterprises is seeking motivated and result-oriented Loan Officers to support its lending operations in Accra and Kumasi. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing clients, processing loan applications, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring timely loan repayments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mobilize potential clients for loan products
- Educate clients on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules
- Receive, assess, and process loan applications in line with company policies
- Conduct client background checks and basic credit assessments
- Disburse loans and maintain accurate client and loan records
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Conduct regular field visits to clients and business locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification of WASSCE or bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in microfinance, sales, or fieldwork is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Good basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
- Must be self-motivated and result-driven
