The Accountant is responsible for safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of Clifton Homes’ financial records, with particular oversight of sales and client financial transactions. The role ensures proper ledger management, tax compliance, cash flow monitoring, and alignment between Sales, CRM, and Finance systems. This position plays a critical role in revenue protection, financial reporting, and providing management with accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and ledger integrity.
- Process payments, invoices, payroll transactions, and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory tax obligations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audits and ensure proper financial documentation and controls.
- Track project costs and liaise with department heads on financial performance.
- Monitor commissions and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
QualificationsÂ
- A degree in Accounting or Finance with a full or part certification in ACCA .
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
