The Finance Partner will support the financial health and operational efficiency of the business by managing financial records, reporting on business KPIs and ensuring compliance. The role entails keeping accurate financial data, timely reporting and providing insights that support strategic business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in cashflow monitoring and forecasting.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and documents for accuracy before posting.
Data & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and organize operational data (occupancy, reservations, revenue, cost data, guest trends).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data dashboards for management.
- Generate performance insights to guide decision-making (occupancy trends, revenue performance, cost analysis).
- Maintain databases and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather required information (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist with annual and internal audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory obligations (tax, SSNIT, pensions).
- Maintain proper documentation and archiving of financial and operational files.
System & Technology Support
- Use accounting software and property management systems (PMS) effectively.
- Generate system-based reports and dashboards.
- Support the adoption of digital financial tools and data automation.
