As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a critical role in expanding DNAR’s presence across Africa. If you're excited about driving innovation in cross-border payments, FX infrastructure, and financial inclusion, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and close high-value B2B deals with large Banks & FinTech's.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of 10+ active opportunities, from first contact to signed contracts.
- Build and nurture partnerships with payment processors, BaaS providers, and compliance partners.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and growth teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents.
- Track sales metrics and market trends to sharpen outreach.
Requirements
- 3+ years (ideally 3–5) in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales in Fintech.
- 3+ years in Banking preferred.
- Experience managing a pipeline of concurrent opportunities.
- Direct experience working with banks, FinTech's, payment processors, or large enterprise clients.
- Solid understanding of cross-border payments or FX infrastructure.
- Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto products, or blockchain basics.
- Awareness of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Knowledge of key players in African fintech, mobile money, and banking.
- Confident communicator able to engage C-level executives, CTOs, and product teams.
- Skilled in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to create sales proposals and partnership decks independently.
- Self-motivated and effective working remotely without daily supervision.

- Have you worked in or with fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise SaaS companies? Ideal answer: Yes
- Do you have 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales? Ideal answer: Yes
- What is your familiarity with Stablecoins such as USDC & USDT? Please indicate on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being not familiar & 10 being very very familiar. Ideal answer: 2
- Do you have any experience in Banking or Fintech? Ideal answer: Yes
- Must have Banking Experience!
