Responsibilities:
- Analyze arrears data and reports to identify high-risk accounts and determine optimal collection strategies.
- Contact delinquent clients through calls to negotiate payment arrangements and secure timely debt recovery.
- Negotiate and process requests for loan restructuring, repayment plans, and settlement options in line with company policy.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing call activity, recovery status, and other metrics.
- Track and verify client cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate and prompt posting to client accounts.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective recovery strategies and action plans for assigned accounts to maximize debt collection results.
Requirement
- Applicants should possess at least one year of work experience. They should also have a diploma qualification.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
