We are seeking a responsible , smart, and committed Sales / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently , communicate well, and think critically especially when handling situations outlined in our staff handbook.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop.
- Cleaning and Maintaining a neat organized workspace.
- Serving and assisting customers professionally.
- Packaging products accurately
- Taking orders and bookings (online and phone)
- Coordinating deliveries and providing timely updates
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Following all procedures and standards stated in the handbook
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to think critically, make sound decisions and solve problems using guidelines in the staff handbook.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
- Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Self motivated, able to work effectively with little supervision.
- Able to read and pay close attention to detail
- Must know how to use Bolt, Uber etc
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to earn and follow instructions strictly
NB: Applicants must live within the Adentan Municipality or nearby areas for easy transportation and punctuality.
Salary: GH 1,200
