Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Operations Officer located in Tema. The Recruitment Operations Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes, coordinating job postings, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience with Interviewing, Screening, and Candidate Evaluation
• Organizational and Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
