We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to take charge of interview logistics and candidate communications in a high-volume environment. In this role, your mission is to keep the hiring process organized and responsive—ensuring every candidate has a smooth, timely, and professional experience.

? What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
- Own candidate communications: confirmations, rejections, updates, and follow-ups
- Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow or similar) clean, current, and well-documented
- Draft job descriptions and manage applicant intake across multiple roles
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on timelines and touchpoints
- Suggest improvements to coordination workflows and candidate-facing templates
✅ What You Bring
- 1–2 years in a recruiting support, HR coordination, or scheduling-heavy role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management across multiple teams and high-volume requests
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS tools (Recruiterflow, Lever, etc.)
- Full-time availability in PST or EST time zones
