We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across operations and support functions. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving recruiting team—scheduling interviews, organizing pipelines, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
- Manage candidate communications—from invites to follow-ups
- Maintain structured pipelines and keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated
- Post job descriptions and manage incoming applicants
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the process
- Help deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in a recruitment coordinator, HR admin, or scheduling-heavy role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and any ATS (Recruiterflow a plus)
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment
