Job Summary
As our team’s Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will craft and drive the end-to-end candidate experience, partnering across the organization with leadership, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role will give you exposure to the many aspects of Talent Acquisition, including scheduling and coordination, candidate experience, employer branding, and more. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in this role, enhancing our recruiting processes and contributing to the growth of the company.

Job Description/Requirements
- Partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand each role and help guide candidates through the interview process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling, and coordinating of interviews
- Maintain ATS integrity to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
- Assist recruiting team with ongoing projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
- 2+ years coordinator experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills - ability to coordinate across multiple schedules with a great attention to detail
- Strong relationship building with a focus on customer service
- Experience supporting remote recruiters and hiring teams
- Experience working with Greenhouse or Lever
- Process-oriented and creative problem solver who can navigate complex situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
