Role Overview
The Real Estate Consultant (Sales) will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing property transactions across residential and investment portfolios. This role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the full buying, selling, or leasing journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Advisory
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful property transactions
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable properties
- Advise buyers, investors, and tenants on pricing, locations, and market trends
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Property Marketing & Viewings
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and property owners
- Support listing preparation, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout negotiations and transactions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and activities using CRM systems
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
- Number of closed deals and transaction value
- Lead conversion rate
- Client satisfaction and referrals
Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or consultative sales roles
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market (residential & investment)
- Experience working with developers, landlords, or investors is an advantage
