Role Overview

The Real Estate Consultant (Sales) will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing property transactions across residential and investment portfolios. This role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong market knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the full buying, selling, or leasing journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Advisory

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful property transactions
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable properties
  • Advise buyers, investors, and tenants on pricing, locations, and market trends
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure

Property Marketing & Viewings

  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and property owners
  • Support listing preparation, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout negotiations and transactions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and activities using CRM systems
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
  • Number of closed deals and transaction value
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Client satisfaction and referrals

Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or consultative sales roles
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market (residential & investment)
  • Experience working with developers, landlords, or investors is an advantage
