We are looking for an office manager who is very responsible 、hard working、 willing to learn.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Asset management for the company in Ghana, especially in the safety of vehicles on sale
- Recruit sales personnel, collect stuff documents, track order progress, and provide follow-up services, review the work status and results of sales personnel, and summarize and analyze; Organize team training
- Assist the development and maintenance of local and surrounding car dealers
- Establishment, preservation, and organization of customer files, and improvement of vehicle dealer information in business
- Feedback on market information: Gain a deep understanding of the industry, grasp the latest industry information and new and old car market price information;
- Assisting in receiving clients visiting the company or coming check the cars
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
- Willing to learn and hard working
- Familiar with the car business, work experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Have experience in office work, personnel management and team management
- Market analysis ability
- Business communication and negotiation
- Good at MS office
