Job Summary

The Office Co-ordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. The role includes handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, supporting staff needs, and coordinating with other departments. The Office Co-ordinator also assists in record keeping, filing, and general clerical duties while ensuring a well-organized and professional work environment.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • To handle import shipments papers
  • Assisting General Manager in making reports as per the requirements
  • To assist in checking store purchases and validating.
  • To maintain the staff attendance independently and to prepare various reports related to staff attendance.
  • Maintaining all the necessary certification and documentation of the company.


Experience Required.

  • Minimum 5 years experience as office Coordinator with FMCG / Manufacturing
  • Candidates with Working knowledge of Finance / Accounts will be an advantage.
  • Well versed in MS – Office Suite (Word / Excel / Power Point).


Qualification Required

  •  Higher National Diploma – HND
  • Bachelor’s Degree Plus
  • Candidates with Working knowledge of Finance / Accounts will be an advantage.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
  • We prefer candidates who have own bike and residing at - Sege / Dawah / Tsopoli / Tema
  • Gender : Male Candidates Only


Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Salary – Maximum 3,500 to 4,000 CEDI.
  • Medical - Medical Treatment covered at Company First Aid Clinic / Company Designated Hospitals, as per th prevailing company policy in place.
  • Food Allowance - as per the prevailing company policy in place.


Note:  Company bus is available from Kubekrom / Ashaiman / Old & New Ningo / Paramparam / Sege / Dawah / Tsopoli to Factory.
