A US based Digital Processing Company requires sales representatives to actively market and sell payment processing solutions on behalf of VISA American Express, Master Card and Discover.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales referrals.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information about payment processing services.
- Record all call details, outcomes, and scheduled sales referrals in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly sales referral targets.
- Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer experience on every call.
- Follow up on warm leads to maximize sales referral conversions.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve call efficiency and lead quality.
Requirements:
- This position is opened exclusively to graduates who have either a Bachelor’s Degree
- HND Certification and Diploma. Age requirement ranges from 27 years to 39 years old.
- Successful candidate must be extremely fluent in English and have exceptional verbal communication skills.
- This role is specifically for an ON SITE JOB BASED IN ACCRA in a Contact Center with all transactions being done in a digital call center environment
- We work from Monday to Friday from 1:30PM to 10:00PM only.
Compensation: Salary per month Comprises of a Competitive Basic Salary plus Performance Bonuses= On Target Monthly Earnings
