This role requires a proactive and adaptable leader who can manage day-to-day HR operations, implement scalable systems, and design strategies to attract and retain top talent across the sustainability sector.



Key Responsibilities




Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding.


Lead talent acquisition campaigns and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Africa and the diaspora.


Oversee employee lifecycle operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.


Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and values alignment, supporting an environment where employees thrive.


Design and implement HR policies that support equity, transparency, and sustainability.


Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring and team-building processes.


Monitor and evaluate team capacity, employee satisfaction, and retention.


Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across operating regions.
