Job Summary
The HR Manager (Generalist) will manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational planning. This role is perfect for a professional who can align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will support business growth by ensuring HR initiatives are implemented effectively and contribute to employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Drive talent development programs, including leadership and skill-building initiatives.
Manage employee lifecycle from hiring through to offboarding, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, ensuring policies and processes are effectively communicated.
Foster employee engagement and improve communication channels between employees and management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
Contribute to workforce planning, developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
Support the development of organizational culture and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee development.
Proven experience in handling a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Competencies & Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions and align them with organizational goals.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
Excellent at driving HR initiatives that impact employee development, retention, and engagement.
