Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Tema, possess at least 3 years of professional HR experience, and demonstrate solid knowledge in payroll management. This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to a growing organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Process and administer employee payroll in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Coordinate HR activities such as staff training, health & safety, and staff engagement programs.
- Generate HR reports and support management with data-driven insights
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an HR role.
- Proven experience and knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools is a plus
