Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and update records.
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Remote work-ready: PC/Mac with 8GB RAM, 4000+ CPU score, Windows 10/11 or macOS, and stable fiber internet
- Available for 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days/week between 9 AM – 9 PM EST
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
