We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer / Manager to oversee and enhance the organization’s customer support operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Develop, implement, and monitor customer service policies and procedures
- Manage and train the customer service team to maintain high service standards
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefs on customer service performance
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or retail management is an advantag
- Language Requirements (Optional but Advantageous)
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of additional local or international languages is an advantage
