We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer / Manager to oversee and enhance the organization’s customer support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, resolve customer issues efficiently, and foster a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer service policies and procedures
  • Manage and train the customer service team to maintain high service standards
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefs on customer service performance
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or retail management is an advantag
  • Language Requirements (Optional but Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Knowledge of additional local or international languages is an advantage

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
