Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization’s international presence and network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign embassies, consulates, ministries, chambers of commerce, international organizations, and global partners.
- Represent the organization at international events, conferences, and award ceremonies.
- Identify and engage high-profile personalities, institutions, and companies for partnership, collaboration, or nomination.
- Coordinate invitations, visa support, and protocol arrangements for international guests and honorees.
- Oversee the drafting and management of partnership agreements, MoUs, and sponsorship proposals.
- Research global trends and potential markets for expanding the awards’ international footprint.
- Support international marketing, branding, and media relations activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Events, Communications, and Sponsorship teams to ensure effective delivery of international projects.
- Ensure adherence to diplomatic, intercultural, and professional standards in all Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Diplomacy, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in international relations, corporate affairs, event management, or protocol coordination.
- Proven experience in international networking, partnership development, or global event coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of French or another major language is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of diplomatic protocol, corporate communication, and international engagement.
- Ability to interact confidently with high-level personalities, executives, diplomats, and honorees.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in presentation and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online meeting platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
