Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and messages.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided lists to convert leads.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports summarizing key metrics, including call/contact volume, resolved issues, lead generation results, and customer feedback, to assist management with performance tracking and strategic planning.
- Maintain up-to-date, expert knowledge of all company offerings to provide informed recommendations and support.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field
- Minimum of one (1) year proven experience in a customer service–related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
