Job summary
The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing client relationships from first contact through project completion. This role serves as the key link between clients and internal teams (design, production, printing, and installation), ensuring excellent customer experience, clear communication, timely delivery, and repeat business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, quotations, and project updates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate printing, branding, or signage solutions
- Ensure a professional and courteous client experience at all times
Sales & Order Management
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and job orders accurately and promptly
- Follow up on quotations to convert leads into confirmed jobs
- Coordinate order confirmations, payments, and delivery schedules
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate
Project Coordination
- Liaise with design, production, and installation teams to ensure job specifications are clearly communicated
- Track job progress and proactively update clients on timelines
- Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and payments
- Update CRM or job tracking systems regularly
- Prepare weekly reports on client activity, job status, and sales performance
Customer Retention & Brand Representation
- Follow up with clients after job completion to ensure satisfaction
- Encourage repeat business and referrals

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in customer service, sales, or client management
- Experience in printing, branding, advertising, or creative services is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of printing and branding processes (or willingness to learn)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
