Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role at our location in Tema for a Barbecue/Khebab Cook. The Barbecue/Khebab Cook will be responsible for preparing, grilling, and serving a variety of barbecue and kebab dishes, ensuring all meals meet quality standards. The role includes maintaining a clean and organized work area, properly handling food and kitchen equipment, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. The ideal candidate will ensure food is cooked to perfection, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in grilling and preparing barbecue and kebab dishes with attention to flavor, texture, and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and kitchen equipment handling
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar cooking role is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Flexibility with work schedules, including availability on weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform hands-on cooking tasks
• Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers
