Because we are a small team, you won’t be tucked away in a back office. You will be at the heart of the action, working directly with leadership to shape the future of the firm and our portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate project performance and identify the next big trends in Real Estate, Agriculture, Finance, and Consumer sectors.
• Prepare reports and provide actionable insights that directly support our investment and venture-building decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the team to refine strategies, solve problems in real-time, and foster a culture of constant innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong research abilities and the expertise to transform raw data into a compelling narrative.
• The ability to distill complex insights into clear, professional reports and presentations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. You take pride in "owning" your work from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with data visualization tools is a significant plus.

Education & Background

• Degree in any field.
• A strong interest in emerging technologies and their impact on traditional African industries.
