This position is responsible for managing internal and external communications, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, The Administrative Secretary also maintains organized filing systems, oversees office supply inventory, and assists with basic financial tasks and invoicing. **NB: Must live around Lapaz, North Kaneshie and its environs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications (phone calls and emails).
- Schedule travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain filing systems. (electronic and physical.)
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and managing petty cash.
- Coordinate with the Finance Director to ensure accurate record-keeping.
