Job summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations while representing and promoting the Excelsior brand through professional conduct.
Job descriptions & requirements
Duties (not limited to):
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and office coordination.
- Support procurement, sourcing, and tender documentation when needed
- Assist with basic stock records and office inventory
- Represent and promote the Excelsior brand in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Experience: 1-3 years experience.
