Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the smooth daily operations of the office. This is an entry-level position, but it requires someone who demonstrates

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Secondary education (GCSEs, WASSCE, or equivalent), with strong passes in English and Mathematics.
  • A Diploma or Certificate in any of the following is required:
  • Business Administration
  • Office Management
  • Secretarial Studies
  • Information Technology or Computer Studies


Preferred (but not mandatory) certifications:

  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar IT proficiency certificate.
  • Chartered Institute of Administrative Professionals (CIAP) or equivalent local professional body


Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience in data entry and record management (digital and physical filing systems).
  • Familiarity with CRM, HR, or ERP tools (an advantage).
  • Typing speed: ideally 50+ words per minute with high accuracy.


Core Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Great attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Initiative-driven and able to anticipate team needs.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable with a positive work ethic.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.


Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant administrative, clerical, or front-office experience.
  • Internship or national service experience in an office environment will be an added advantage.

Salary:  8000 cedis per month plus bonuses and benefits
