Job Description/Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Secondary education (GCSEs, WASSCE, or equivalent), with strong passes in English and Mathematics.
- A Diploma or Certificate in any of the following is required:
- Business Administration
- Office Management
- Secretarial Studies
- Information Technology or Computer Studies
Preferred (but not mandatory) certifications:
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar IT proficiency certificate.
- Chartered Institute of Administrative Professionals (CIAP) or equivalent local professional body
Technical Skills:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Experience in data entry and record management (digital and physical filing systems).
- Familiarity with CRM, HR, or ERP tools (an advantage).
- Typing speed: ideally 50+ words per minute with high accuracy.
Core Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Great attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Initiative-driven and able to anticipate team needs.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable with a positive work ethic.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant administrative, clerical, or front-office experience.
- Internship or national service experience in an office environment will be an added advantage.

Salary: 8000 cedis per month plus bonuses and benefits
