Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial decision- making. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a high level of integrity.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger entries
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Manage statutory filings including taxes, SSNIT, and other regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure full compliance
- Monitor financial transactions and recommend improvements to financial procedures
- Ensure efficient use of QuickBooks for all finance-related operations
- Provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualifications or part-qualification (ICAG, ACCA, etc.) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven working experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
