We are a Ghanaian company based in Accra, seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse In-Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, organized, and capable of overseeing all warehouse operations efficiently.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of warehouse organization and management
- Inventory control accountability
- Order picking, processing and packaging
- Knowledge of receiving and dispatching
- Labelling and records of Fifo
- Communicating with courier/ shipping services and timeously dispatching of orders
- Record keeping and maintenance of related document
- Should be on top of every task assignments
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse maintenance, up keeping, following safety and other company policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities, ability to work as a team as well as an individual,
- Proficient computer skills,
- knowledge of Tally ERP is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Work under pressure.
- Should work with little or no supervision
- Years of experience : 3 years experience in a warehouse ,inventory control and management( not applied to national service)
