Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage and guide warehouse staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure proper documentation for import and export processes
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper use of barcode and encoding systems
- Communicate effectively via email and maintain reports using Excel and Outlook
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards within the warehouse
- Work flexible hours based on operational needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and team supervision
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in email, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have command in using ERP / CRM application
- Experience with barcode printers and stock encoding systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours
