Job Summary
The VP of Operations (On-Demand Delivery) will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the company’s on-demand delivery service. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction, as well as leading and managing the operations team and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction of on-demand delivery service
- Lead and manage the operations team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of on-demand delivery service and make recommendations for improvements
- Identify and implement new technology and processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the senior management team on the performance of the on-demand delivery service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, on-demand delivery, or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in process improvement and process management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the effectiveness of on-demand delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field is preferred
